    TUOLIMA® is a registered trademark of Hangzhou Tuolima Network Technologies Co., Ltd, a leading Chinese manufacturer and exporter of fiber optics, RF and LAN products around the globe.
    What does TUOLIMA offer?
    We offer the whole range of best quality products, with fast and on time delivery at competitive prices. You don’t have to shop out searching for best quality/ price ratio products. You can find them all here.

    What are your working hours?
    Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00 (Beijing time, GMT+08:00).

    How do I send an inquiry?
    The most efficient way is to forward your inquiry to our e-mail address. For convenience, you can also leave the message in the Product Catalog section of our website next to the product that you are interested in. Please, input your name, country, e-mail, phone, product specifications and desired quantity. A designated manager will get back to you within 48 hours.

    What about product pricing and specifications?
    Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. TUOLIMA reserves the right to correct any typographical errors. The final prices and specifications are reflected in the PI (proforma invoice), which is issued in response to your purchase order.

    What kind of quotes do you give?
    We quote USD prices FOB Shanghai / Hangzhou. The freight is calculated separately based on transportation means, size and weight of shipment.

    Do you provide free samples?
    Yes, some low-value items are offered as samples free of charge. A buyer assumes all shipping costs in any case.

    What is a minimum order amount?
    A regular (not sample) order should be, at least, USD$5,000. However, a sample order has no such limitation. A MOQ (minimum order quantity) may also be applicable (depending on product type).

    How do I pay?
    We accept T/T in advance payment. Normally, we require 50% down payment at the time of order and 50% before shipment. In some cases, we accept L/C, or provide credit to the most valued and reliable customers. We also accept PayPal payments.

    For T/T and L/C, the beneficiary will always be Hangzhou Tuolima Network Technologies Co., Ltd. For PayPal, our e-mail address is sales@tuolima.com. If you are required to make payment to others, please let your contact person send you formal letter with TUOLIMA stamp, or you can send email to tuolima@tuolima.com for clarification.

    Which transportation method could I select?
    By express, by air, by train, or by sea. You appoint a forwarder, or we choose the best one for you.

    How do you keep my contact information secure?
    We take our customers’ information seriously and keep it confidential. We never share this information with any third party.

    What is your product warranty policy?
    All TUOLIMA products carry a 12-month warranty. Under no circumstances will TUOLIMA be responsible for any damage beyond the replacement cost of the defective merchandise.

    What shall I do if I encounter a problem with products bought from you?
    Please, don’t open or try to fix the problem yourself. Contact an appropriate manager without delay, submit inspection report or problem description. We will do our best to help you solve the problem or replace the product.

    Can I become an exclusive distributor of TUOLIMA products in my area?
    Yes, it is possible if we don’t already have a representative in your country (region). The best start is to prove your good intentions with several regular orders over a period of time.

    Can you supply OEM products under my brand?
    In some rare cases, depending on our relationship and annual volume ordered. As a rule, we sell all products under TUOLIMA brand name.
